Fear of Spiders Nests - Loxley

Smothered in charmful wit

As a well seasoned breast,

Waiting for reason

To cast grace.

More capable than

Culpable

Riding subway trains,

Just because.

It may not quite equal

The Fear of spiders nests,

Though all the same

Unnerved.

Be that as it may

Trips alone are the

Thrill.

The horror

Does both begin

And end

With the thrill.

I eat because I must

I dream because I love

I dream because I can’t

Not.

I’ll tear my wrists

With a feather

If reason begs it. (C) 2019 - Loxley
